Returns & Refunds Policy: Olabris Swimwear

At Olabris Swimwear, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. Our policy is designed to protect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) while ensuring the highest hygiene standards for all our customers.

1. Consumer Guarantees (Faulty Items)

Under the ACL, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a remedy if a product has a major failure, such as being:

  • Faulty or of unacceptable quality.
  • Unsafe.
  • Significantly different from the description or image shown.
  • Unfit for the purpose we said it would do.

Your Options for Faulty Items:

Major Failure: You can choose between a full refund, a replacement of the same item, or a store credit.

Minor Failure: If the issue is minor, we may choose to repair the item for you. If we cannot repair it within a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes the fit or style isn’t exactly what you expected. For “change of mind” returns (including incorrect size selection), Olabris Swimwear offers Store Credit within 30 days of delivery, provided the following strict hygiene conditions are met:

  • Hygiene Seal: The plastic hygiene protector strip must be intact and must not have been removed or reapplied.
  • Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided.

Note: For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse a return if we reasonably believe the garment has been worn directly against the skin or the hygiene seal is compromised.

3. Sale Items

  • Faulty Sale Items: Are covered by the same consumer guarantees as full-priced items.
  • Change of Mind on Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind, size, or style preference. Please choose carefully when purchasing sale items.

4. How to Return an Item

Contact our team at sales@olabris.com with your order number and photos of the fault (if applicable).

Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the item is faulty, Olabris Swimwear will cover the cost of return shipping or reimburse you.
  • For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost parcels.

    5. Processing Times

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
